WHAT’S NEW…
- 05/13/26 – Several new items today added to the home site for your convenience. First off, the old calendar has been trashed and we welcome in a much friendlier version, which is now planted on the homepage. You can now also get directions to our venue. Next, in the top menu you will now see “Board”, and “Planning”. You can now open both agenda and minutes to these meetings. There are a few things I still need to plug in, but I’m getting close. Hopefully tomorrow it will all be there for you. Next, our office favorite, Mandy has accepted employment eleswhere and soon will be leaving us. We thank our support member Tina who has running our Leaf & Brush for stepping up into this vacancy. Now, we need to find some help for Leaf & Brush on Wednesday. If interested, please let us know. Thanks…
- HOME PAGE We’ve cleaned it up and have made it more friendly to use. We’ve added some convenient links, community alerts and our “What’s New section. Enjoy and feel free to contact us with what more you would like to see added to the peoples home page.
- ENFORCEMENT PAGE – Have an ordinance violation issue? This is where you start to take care of it. Simply open up the form, fill out and bring it to us with pictures. We will take it from there.

-COMMUNITY ALERT-
WHITE LAKE DRIVE / US-31 BRIDGES
- [ May 7th, 2026 ] The bridges over N/S US-31 have been opened in one lane. Stop lights have been posted at both ends of the crossing, allowing alternating single direction traffic to flow. As for now the plan is to remain with one lane operation until sometime next year. This is an MDOT crossing which the township has no control over. We will continue to update as new development arrises.
