Whitehall Twp – Building Sanitation Sewers:

My name is John Duff, and I am your new administrator of the Building Sewer Sanitation Department for Whitehall Township. We are excited and happy to welcome in new users into our systems. Our sanitary waste sewers are supplied by the County of Muskegon. The system is a pass-through system, whereas the county bills us and we roll the bill out to our users.

In April, we transitioned to a new accounting system, which did result in some billing complications, which is in addition to the use of a new post card format for billing. We appreciate your patience as we worked through the changes. Our goal is always to provide the best service to our township residents.

For those needing to hook into our system, please download the form below, fill out and return it to the Whitehall Township Hall. We are located at 7544 Durham Road, Whitehall, MI 49461. The Permit Fee is $125 per application, which is deducted from your total connection cost.
